Carolyn Jergenson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and the Founder and General Manager of Carolyn Jergenson, CPA, LLC. She started the firm in 1986 as a sole practitioner focused on oil and gas and general business clients. She is a Registered Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service and a long standing member of the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Kansas Independent Oil and Gas Association. She has been a licensed tax professional for over 30 years. She consistently maintains competency through hands on experience and at least 40 hours of continuing professional education every year.

Today, over 25 years later, Carolyn Jergenson, CPA, LLC has evolved into a highly respected boutique firm that provides clients with competent, professional tax and financial services. Whether you are a start-up company, an established business or an individual, it is our experience that sound advice from an experienced, knowledgeable business advisor is a critical element to success.

Associate Jan Beemer

After twenty years in the aviation industry as a flight test engineer and software engineer, Jan Beemer joined Carolyn Jergenson, CPA LLC as an associate in 2010. With a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Kansas and an A.A. in Data Processing from Emporia State University, Jan has a very strong analytical and data analysis background.

She is currently working on her Bachelor degree in Accounting at Wichita State University in preparation for the CPA exam. She is also the owner of VIC Properties, a residential real estate management company and has been active in area politics as a precinct committeewoman for Dist. 103 in Sedgwick County, Kansas.

Associate Rachel Reed

Rachel Reed joined our staff as a Marketing Associate with proven skills in design, graphics and technology and a passion for the Oil and Gas Industry. She is an Honors graduate of Wichita State University from the Barton Business Program. She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, with minors in Management and Accounting. Rachel is experienced in oil and gas accounting having worked for two Kansas oil companies prior to joining our firm. She is a member of Young Professionals of Wichita and the Petroleum Accounting Society of Kansas.
